Tecnoecology dosing units are designed to optimize the plant loading stage, ensuring a constant, precise and adaptable material supply, according to production needs.

Available in both belt and screw conveyor versions, our feeders integrate seamlessly with our standard plants or multi-line systems, ensuring a smooth and regular flow of material, even when handling large volumes.

They are equipped with loading hoppers ranging from 1.5 to 6 m^³ and allow motor speed control to adjust the flow rate to the line’s pace in real time.

Screw conveyor feeder: ideal for pre-shredded material

The screw conveyor feeder is designed to supply the plant with already ground material, such as plastic or non-ferrous metals. Dosing is adjusted by varying the speed of the helical shaft, offering precision and continuity.

Built with robust metal structural work, it features a loading hopper that ensures operational autonomy and one or more variable-speed discharge screws.

No-load noise level: < 70 dB(A)

Dosing belt: versatility and dynamic adjustment

The belt feeder with hopper is ideal for the automatic loading of coarser-sized material. The flow can be regulated both through the belt speed and by adjusting the height of the outlet damper for flexible dosing management.

In this case as well, the structure is made of 3 and 5 mm bent sheet metal, designed to ensure resistance and long-lasting durability.
