Our magnetic sorting systems are designed to selectively remove ferrous and magnetizable components from shredded materials, improving separation quality and protecting downstream processing stages.
Available in various configurations, they integrate easily into our lines and guarantee efficient, automated selection of steel and other ferrous or weakly magnetic metals.

Overbelt: removal of ferrous metals before separation
Overbelt is a cross-belt for deferrization, featuring a powerful permanent magnetic plate, easily installed on our conveyor belts.
Its function is to extract ferrous parts from the material stream before it enters the line for granulation and separation, helping to protect machinery and improve recovery quality.
It is available in four versions: OB450, OB600, OB900, and OB1100, to adapt to the different widths and capacities of our conveyor belts.

SCM: Magnetic Sorting System
The material is evenly distributed via a vibrating dosing channel and then subjected to a dual-action process:
- the Overbelt removes strongly magnetic fractions
- the rotating magnetic drum with neodymium core separates weakly magnetic fractions
Available in SCM450 and SCM950 models, it is the ideal solution for an additional stage of magnetic selection in high-precision processes.
