Our optical sorting system is a high-tech solution designed to enhance separation efficiency and increase the purity of the final product.
Ideal for processing mixed metal scrap, plastics, or minerals, it operates on pre-shredded material with homogeneous particle size, performing selection based on color, shape, or size.
Thanks to the synergy of ultra-sensitive RGB cameras and targeted compressed air jets, the system ensures accurate, fast, and repeatable separation.
It is available in single-stage or dual-stage versions and can be customized according to the customer’s specific separation requirements.
